How to find our driver – Terminal 1 (flights from outside the EU)
- Turn on your mobile phone after landing.
- After collecting all your luggage, please send a text message or WhatsApp message (e.g., “We are ready”) to this number: +420 603 517 348.
- When you exit customs, please wait near the Mattoni Bar in the Arrival Hall of Terminal 1.

How to find our driver – Terminal 2 (flights from EU countries)
- After landing, please turn on your mobile phone.
- After collecting all your luggage, please send a text message or WhatsApp message (e.g., “We are ready”) to this number: +420 603 517 348.
- After exiting customs, take the elevator to the 2nd floor – Departures (upstairs).
Go outside through Exit C (next to the elevator) and wait there. - Our driver will pick you up there holding a sign with your name.

How to find our driver at the Prague Main Train Station – Hlavni nadrazi
- After arriving at Prague Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), go down the escalator from the platform into a corridor, which will lead you to the main hall of the train station terminal.
- Our driver will wait for you in front of Burger King in the train station terminal, holding a sign with your name.
