During this tour you will learn more about the foundation of Czechoslovakia, World War II period, Communist coup in 1948, Prague Spring and Soviet invasion in 1968. In the Museum of Communism you will gain insight into the lifestyle during the Communist period and, as you walk down Wenceslas Sq., you will go back to November in 1989 when hundreds of thousands of Czechs went on the streets of Prague and pushed out the Communist regime for good. And why did Czechoslovakia split into Czech and Slovakia during the so-called Velvet divorce? Come along this tour and get answers to all your questions.
